The North Penn Water Authority is a non-profit municipal authority that has been reliably serving our customers since 1965. The Authority board consists of ten directors, each appointed by their respective municipality, to serve Authority customers and their municipal residents. In order to better serve our customers, North Penn Water Authority continues to add time-saving options to make payment of your bill more convenient. To arrange to pay by Automatic Clearing House (ACH), that automatically deducts your bill from your bank account, Click here! You can also continue to pay by credit card by phone by contacting our Customer Service Department at 215-855-3617, on-line or by mail. Click here for more information about paying on-line.
The Authority is now using an electronic bidding system. Similar to a paper based process, the EBS system provides sealed bidding privacy and security.
