Administrative Assistant

North Penn Water Authority is seeking a qualified person to fill the position of Administrative Assistant in the Administration and Public Relations Department.

This position is responsible for providing administrative support to members of the management team within the Authority under the supervision and direction of the Administration/Public Relations Manager.

Requirements:
• Professional demeanor is essential
• 5 + years of administrative assistant experience
• Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
• Ability to multi-task
• Superior organizational skills
• Excellent verbal & written skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior management and members of the Board of Directors

Essential Duties:

• Answering phones
• Creating and editing documents  and correspondence
• Contract administration
• Preparation of Service Orders, Service Requests, and Work Orders
• Generating & maintaining a variety of reports
• Coordination of multiple recurring projects and events such as organizing the annual banquet & other company functions, preparation of monthly board packets and distribution of contract documents
