General Bidding Information:
The Authority from time-to-time solicits Bids for various goods and services. Bids are solicited in accordance with all public bidding and Pennsylvania Municipal Authority regulations as required. The Authority shall post Contracts out to bid and award determinations as needed. Further information regarding bids can be obtained by following the Authority's Right-to-Know Policy. Additional information regarding Bids can be obtained by scheduling an appointment to inspect the project files, if desired. There will be a charge for any photocopying. The Authority does not respond to telephone solicitations or fax requests for bidding information.
