General Bidding Information:
The Authority from time-to-time solicits bids for various goods and services. Bids are solicited in accordance with all public bidding and Pennsylvania Municipal Authority regulations as required. The Authority shall post Contracts out to bid and award Contracts as needed. Further information regarding bids can be obtained by following the Authority's Right-to-Know Policy. Additional information regarding bids can also be obtained by scheduling an appointment to inspect the project files, if desired. There will be a charge for any photocopying. The Authority does not respond to telephone solicitations or fax requests for bidding information.

North Penn Water Authority is now using an electronic bidding system.  Similar to a paper based process, the EBS system provides sealed bidding privacy and security.  You may register as a bidder/vendor, view bid openings, bid opening schedules, and Contract Awards.  To learn more about the EBS system, please click here to leave the Authority’s website and enter the third party site for bidding information.  From that site, you may click on the North Penn Water Authority’s logo on the upper-left hand corner to return to the Authority’s home page.
