NPWA Water Quality Reports

Our Water

This section is provided to answer questions about the North Penn Water Authority’s source, and general questions regarding water.  In the About Your Water section, you will find answers to questions such as “Where does my water come from?”, “How can I protect the source of my drinking water?”, “Is NPWA water fluoridated?”, “How hard is my water?”, and many others as well as be able to check the Authority’s service area map to determine the hardness level of water in your particular neighborhood.
In the Treatment Process portion, you can learn about the treatment processes used at the Forest Park Water Treatment Plant, and how upon completion of this process, the water is then distributed to you, as detailed in the Getting It To Your Tap section.
To learn more about Conservation, including the Water Cycle, Watershed information, and about Protecting the Source, click on each of these related links.  We’ve also included a section on general Water Facts that will be helpful to know.

If you have a specific question regarding your water that is not answered with this information, please e-mail us at info@northpennwater.org, and Authority staff will contact you.
