Water
usage bills are determined by periodic meter readings
to determine water consumption. Residential meters
are read quarterly, while commercial and business
meters are read on a monthly basis.
Payment of bills may be paid by check, money order, Automatic
Clearing House (ACH) withdrawals, or credit card in the following ways:
- Mailed
to: P. O. Box 1659, Lansdale, PA 19446
- Dropped off at our office during business hours, Monday through
Friday (excluding holidays) or deposited in the payment drop box
outside the front door of our office after hours at: 300 Forty
Foot Road (corner of Allentown & Forty Foot Roads), Lansdale, PA
- At any local Univest National Bank & Trust Co. For bank locations, see http://www.univest.net
- Credit Card Payments may be made at the NPWA office, by phone, by filling out the back of the bill stub with your credit card information and returning to the office at noted above, or by clicking here to pay on-line. NPWA accepts Visa or MasterCard.
- ACH (Automatic Clearing House) is a payment system that is available for property owners only which automatically withdraws the amount of your water bill from your checking or savings account on the due date of your water bill. Using this option will save you money in late fees and postage, and save you time by eliminating the need to write checks or pay your water bill in person. It will also ensure that you do not miss a payment, incurring late fees, if you are out of town.
If you would like to sign up to have
your payment automatically withdrawn from your checking
or savings account, please
call Customer Service at 215-855-3617 and request an ACH
application form. We will also send a Frequently Asked Questions
(FAQs) sheet with the application to answer any questions you might
have regarding this payment option. You can also click
here to download a form to mail in and review the FAQs.
Once NPWA processes your application it will take one billing cycle
for the service to be activated. At that point the Authority will
automatically draft or debit the amount of your bill from your selected
bank account. Until that time, please remember you will need to pay
your current bill with the method you have been using to date. You
will continue to receive a bill detailing your water usage, amount
due and amount that will be automatically deducted.
