Customer Service Representatives can be contacted by calling 215-855-3617, and pushing 3 to go directly to the Customer Service Department. Our Customer Service Representatives are able to answer customer inquiries and customer billing questions.

Can I pay my bill online?
Yes. You can pay your statement on-line using Discover, MasterCard, or VISA credit or debit cards. If you prefer to make a recurring withdrawal from your bank account, please click here to review ACH payment information.

Can my monthly payment be drafted directly from my bank account?
Yes. Customers can choose to have their water bill automatically withdrawn from their checking account. You will receive a statement indicating the amount that will be withdrawn. For more information or to download an ACH Form, please click here.

Am I responsible for my tenant's water bill?
Property owners are responsible for any and all water charges incurred by tenants occupying their property. While owners can make tenant payment of utilities part of their rental or lease agreement, the owner will be responsible for any outstanding charges left by the tenant.
